• Selected to serve as a “Community Lead - Resource Guru” on this forum by OPEN team and completed digital leadership training offered by the OPEN program.

• The role includes adding beneficial TESOL resources, including original resources, to CoP and creating Discussion Forum posts that help other OPEN alumni better understand what the resource is and how it can be used in their classroom.

Community Lead - Content Creator at the OPEN Community of Practice Forum, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State (Jan 2022 - Jun 2022)

• (The OPEN Community of Practice is an active online forum designed to create connections, facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing and promote mutual cultural understanding between OPEN course alumni and U.S-based TESOL experts.)

• Selected to serve as a “Community Lead - Content Creator” on this forum by the OPEN team and completed a digital leadership training offered by the OPEN program. The role includes creating new TESOL related discussion forum posts that engage OPEN alumni in conversation that leads to professional and cultural exchange, sustaining engagement through asking discussion questions, and responding to comments from other alumni. Additionally, this role gives the opportunity to develop professional leadership skills by improving digital literacy skills, cascading TESOL knowledge amongst a global network of OPEN teachers and creating meaningful professional relationships with TESOL professionals in the US and around the world.

Co-Founder and Facilitator of an Online Speaking Club for Adults (2021 - 2022)

• Established a speaking club with three other colleagues with the aim of helping EFL learners to meet new people and practice their speaking skills in virtual safe & relaxed environment.

• Created and designed website and social media accounts.

• Planned authentic and learner-centered topics and facilitated weekly-based speaking club.

Educational Machinima "Life or Death" (2019-2020 Fall Semester)

• Led the group members and created an educational machinima video about vaccination/vaccination awareness for the Drama in English Language Teaching class. The aim of this machinima was to make students think critically, discuss and brainstorm about this topic.

• Produced animated films through the video game graphics of the Sims 4, screen-recorded it, and edited on OpenShot Video Editor

• Created a blog on Blogger and published posts mainly about Web 2.0 tools.
